Mom: Where is the rest of your putty?
B: I put it in my pocket, see?
Ink, if it's caught early enough. Silly Putty? It's viscous.
When placed in a small, empty container, it slowly, but surely flows into the available space.
In the case of Mr. I-Put-Putty-In-My-Pocket, available space is between the fibers of the fabric.
I am open to suggestions for Putty extraction. HELP!!
Ew... I havne't done putty, but I can ask around and maybe have a suggestion for you!! Good Luck! Maybe melt it off...if you find out let me know, I am sure his cousin will follow his same path!
ReplyDeleteMaybe freeze it? My mom used to do that with gum... GOOD LUCK!!!
ReplyDeleteTarget has little boy jeans for decent prices :) That would be my suggestion to myself.
ReplyDeleteOr, just let him where them as they are now. Benjamin wears pants with green and yellow highlighter all over them since I couldn't get it out.
Oh NO! I think those are going to his "playing in the dirt" pants from now on.
ReplyDeleteSilly putty is nasty stuff. So hard to get out.
So are those "fruit string" snacks. Sadie left some in her pocket and turned a load of wash neon blue.
Makes me wonder what it does to your insides!
I'd try to ice it. that works with gum. thenyou just break it off. Give it a try. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteAccording to online reports hand sanitizer works well and oxy crystals
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious! I am Sorry but I have no words of wisdom for this scenario. But, man, that sure is funny! Good luck my friend!
