Today started early.
3 of us went to the Zoo with friends and one of us stayed home to study.
Today, we had dinner with these two men in suits.
The Mr. served an LDS mission in Mexico, where he picked up these sweet wrestling masks.
Today was the perfect day to take pictures of these two, hardworking men.
Today, the Mr. took me on a fun date. We went to one place I'd never been. I love to play Skeeball and that's what we did. That's right, we were the only adults at Chuck E Cheese sans kids AND we ignored the kids behind us waiting for a turn. (Confession: IF, and only IF, we ever get our hands on expendable money, I decided long ago that I would buy a Skeeball machine. Not some wimpy plastic ball version, but the original wooden version - like the kind at the FunZone on Balboa Island in Southern California. I heart Skeeball, but not as much as my Mr.)
After we conquered Skeeball, we went to Freddy's Frozen Custard, where we enjoyed sundaes and fries AND sat on the same side of the booth.
Today was the perfect day to go on a date with my favorite man.

ReplyDeleteHoly moly that's a lot of tickets! We had a great time at the zoo too...even though Maddie was on the verge of a breakdown. Ha!
