Every First Weekend in October

... and April ... We celebrate Waffle Day.  When we're not eating delicious waffles, we gather around our laptops to watch and experience General Conference.  This weekend, it looked like this:
A few back massages ...


Remnants of a picnic on the floor and a lot of scattered paper, crayons and markers ...


A hair salon and more coloring (scratch the scattered crayons and markers - the kids kept things more contained than I remember) ...


And conducting music ...


Most of all, we were reminded that we are children of a loving Heavenly Father who loves us.  Why else would He put us on earth with such a great family and so many reminders that He is watching over us?  We love General Conference (and Waffles!).

    We love conference weekends too! Ours come with cinnamon rolls :)
