We love tacos ...

and other varieties of Mexican fare.  The other night, we had tacos.  Two, warmed, corn tortillas, guacamole on the bottom, perfectly grilled meat in the middle and a mixture of chopped cilantro and red onion on top.  Sprinkle some salt and squeeze some lime over the top and there you have it ... The perfect taco.
